What To Expect at White Giraffe
1. Fit Call
This is a no-obligation, 30 minute phone call to see if your rare fits with our rare. We’ll ask some questions and learn about your need and explain all the things to expect and how we work.
2. Field Guide
Each project at White Giraffe starts with the Field Guide. This is a scheduled interview where we will ask an assortment of questions regarding every aspect of your company – both immediate and future goals and what’s behind the “why” of how your business runs. The Field Guide will be a document filled with action steps that you can take for your business based on our assessments from that session.
With your customized Field Guide in hand, you can choose to take action on your own or move forward together and we will expertly guide you with a solution we believe will bring real results for you and your company.

3. Choose The Adventure
Once you’ve received your Field Guide, you can choose to join us on the great adventure and we’ll help implement all the ideas into strategic action! So whether you need a new brand, maybe building on top of an existing brand or a plan for marketing, we’ll create three packaged options tailored specifically to your company’s needs.

This mid-size option gives all you need to step up and step apart from the crowd! We’ll ensure your unique voice is clearly communicated in developing your brand’s voice and clarified messaging that keeps you above the din. It may include 2-3 options: a custom Visual Identity bundle, a custom design solution recommended in your Field Guide, a Squarespace website, or discuss other additions from recommendations in your personalized Field Guide.

The Full 180 View option is a full spectrum of all you need for a complete branded solution discussed in your Field Guide. Along with everything offered in the Treetop option, this may also include a Brand Expansion package as discussed in your Field Guide, custom photography and/or video.
